It is vital that you set the right goals and this is where I can help. Goals have to be very specific for the individual. It is best to compare your with no one else except yourself as if you keep comparing yourself to others you might never achieve what you want.

For women

Resistance training is what gives the nice shape and curve to the muscle. It is quite difficult for women to put on muscle so don't worry about getting big from it. It also increases bone density which is very important as we get older.

Older Client

It is never too late to start fitness training or weights. There is huge benefits to be got for the older client. Increase in strength is probably the biggest one and of course a healthier heart and lungs from cardio exercise.

After struggling through the London Marathon earlier this year, I decided that if I was to do it again I needed help to structure my training plan, which is why I contacted Brian O’Shea. Brian devised a training schedule for me and has motivated me to stick to it. He has also helped me to improve my muscular endurance through toning exercises over the last few months. I now feel that achieving my time goal is well within reach as well as finishing the marathon comfortably.
